Cultivating Local leadership in a global community

Our U.S. based team is focused on empowering our team in Sierra Leone to be leaders for change in their communities. We do this by equipping them with the education and tools they need in order to be successful leaders. We mentor them, we pray for them and with them, and we trust them to serve in their roles with a God-first spirit of servitude. Together, we are working to Impact Lives!

United States Based

Our US team is 100% volunteer based. All trips and expenses incurred toward their work with Impact A Life Foundation is paid for, willingly, out of their own pocket. We believe that donations received for this ministry should be used responsibly in a way that makes the greatest impact. All donations received go right to work on the ground in Sierra Leone, Africa, impacting lives.

Sierra Leone Based

Local leadership and community participation is one of the most important pillars in ILF practical community development. It has not only minimized the operations cost associated with outside leadership, but it has also created the pride of ownership and accomplishment that may otherwise feel absent among the local communities.
